Intrabot Web access for Ronin staff.

Production intent remains Entra-first with email OTP fallback. This local prototype activates only a narrow developer login so the web channel can be built and tested safely on this machine.

Planned production methods

Continue with Microsoft / Entra
Email one-time code to the Ronin mailbox
Later: linked WhatsApp challenge as recovery or step-up

This scaffold now supports server-side Entra authorization-code sign-in and local session creation.

Prototype fallback

Only @thisisronin.com addresses are accepted. Admin/operator status is derived from the current Intrabot admin list.
